The Daytona Beach Regency offers guests the perfect vacation setting. Guests are one half-block from the boardwalk and water park, and within a short driving distance from the downtown shopping district.
The staff offers a wide array of recreational programs to keep guests entertained, including water aerobics, ice-cream socials, arts and crafts and movies. Guests can spend sun-filled days playing in the Atlantic Ocean or soaking up the sun by the pool. An indoor pool is available for when the weather doesn't cooperate. Kids will enjoy a water slide, children's pool and game room. Parents that need to steal a few moments alone will appreciate the on-site children's activities. There is also a cocktail lounge and tiki bar offering cold tropical drinks to keep guests refreshed on hot days. Additional on-site amenities include a business center, library and card room, laundry facilities on each floor and practice putting green.
Guests can choose from one- and two-bedroom air- conditioned condominiums with separate living, sleeping and dining areas. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and complimentary coffee. Living rooms have cable television and a pull-out sofa sleeper. Additional amenities include an alarm clock radio, telephone and modem/data port connection.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card or cash deposit of 250 USD is required at time of check-in for telephone or any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
During Spring Break Celebration (3/12/06-4/16/06), a 500 USD incidental deposit, payable by cash or credit card, will be collected at check-in. The deposit is refundable provided there are no damages to the room or resort.
Please be advised that excessive street and area activity may cause delays in traffic during Spring Break Celebration.
Only one parking space per unit is available due to limited space on the property. There is no trailer parking anywhere on the property.
Property is oceanfront but not all units are oceanfront.
