Miss Pat's Inn B&B offers multiple common areas to relax, read a book, have a good conversation, or play a game with others. The common areas include the parlor, the sunroom, the dining room and the old southern style wrap around porch. The dining room offers tables with seating for two or four. The dining room offers a buffet of cereals, assorted breads, fruits and cakes. One hot dish is served each day with the breakfast service. A coffee bar of Barney's Select regular, decaffeinated and a flavor is set out each morning. An additional coffee service is set up on the second floor of the Inn for a cup of coffee in your room prior to breakfast. Off of the dining room is the Old Butler's Pantry. The pantry provides guests with an ice machine, beverage refrigerator, microwave and snacks. The items are available to the guests at no charge 24 hours a day. The beverages offered for the guests include sodas and juices. The snacks include crackers, granola bars and microwave popcorn.
