Reservations for arrivals on dates other than those listed below cancelled by 4 p.m. of property's local time 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.

Reservations for arrivals between 2/3/06-2/6/06, 2/14/06-2/19/06, 3/3/06-4/2/06, 6/29/06-7/3/06 and 10/19/06-10/22/06 cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
